Organized for the second time this year within the scope of Yeşilova Group’s “Balance at Work” project, the Yeşilova Summit brought together the children of the group’s employees studying at high school to prepare them for the future.
Held on Thursday, April 4 at the Yeşilova Group Amphitheater, the event aimed to contribute to both the personal and career development of young people, while at the same time taking place in a pleasant and inspiring atmosphere. Throughout the program, high school students took a strong step in their career journey by receiving interview techniques training, and had the opportunity to share one-to-one experiences with office and field employees.
One of the most popular moments of the summit was the factory tour. Young people had the chance to visit the production areas where their family elders work and get to know their work environment closely. Thanks to this visit, young people observed the dynamics of the business world on site.
The Yeşilova Summit, organized under the coordination of the Group Human Resources Directorate, left an unforgettable mark on the minds of students with its interesting sessions, sincere conversations and practical information about careers.
