Standing out with its 50 years of aluminium expertise and strong know-how in the automotive sector, Yeşilova has been awarded the Contribution to Sustainability in the Automotive Supply Industry Award by the Automotive Manufacturers Association of Turkey (OSD).
Operating with integrated manufacturing capabilities in aluminium solutions, Yeşilova was recognized with this prestigious award for placing sustainability at the core of its business approach. The company’s flagship initiatives—İŞ’TE Denge (Balance at Work), Net Zero, and PETEK—demonstrate a holistic transformation across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions.
Within the scope of the İŞ’TE Denge project, Yeşilova develops practices that support gender equality, while its Net Zero approach prioritizes energy efficiency, emissions reduction, and renewable energy investments in line with its decarbonization targets. PETEK (Stakeholder Ecosystem Engagement Cluster), on the other hand, aims to foster a sustainability-driven collaboration and engagement platform among communities and stakeholders.
Yeşilova’s nomination for this award was strongly supported by its long-standing main industry partners. The company was nominated by Ford Otosan and Hyundai Motor Company.
The award was received by Yeşilova Holding Board Member Yasemin Yeşilova from members of the OSD Board of Directors. In her remarks, Yasemin Yeşilova emphasized that sustainability is not merely a target for Yeşilova, but a way of doing business fully integrated into all processes.
Yeşilova continues to drive its sustainability-focused transformation across a wide spectrum—from production and supply chain to human resources and governance practices. Together with its international partners, the company aims to build a more efficient, responsible, and low-carbon industrial ecosystem.
