The Yeşilova Summit, which Yeşilova Holding initiated last year within the scope of the ‘Balance at Work’ project, was held again this year.
Held on 31 January 2025, the event aimed to guide the career planning of employees’ children studying at universities and support their preparation for the professional world.
At the summit, which included various contents such as Interview Techniques Training, open sessions with Yeşilova executives and managers, and Young Talent Presentations, young people benefited from the experiences in the business world and gained awareness about their future by meeting one-on-one with professionals who are experts in their fields.

Young Talents on Stage
At this special event, the first graduates of the Young Talent Programme, which was launched by Yeşilova Holding to bring young engineers into the sector, talked about how they participated in the programme, the gains they made during the 8 months, and their subsequent participation in the Yeşilova Group.
